I Can Do What I Want part 1

Great post, Lyman.One of my favorite acontis to take when I'm on a tough run and slogging through it, or having a tough day and feeling as though I want to snap at everyone who turns in my direction is just as you say to force a smile. Remember that I run for fun or that people really do have the best intentions and physically moving the muscles in my face to smile feels really weird at first, but then I end up laughing at how goofy I feel. And then it's the genuine article and a small step towards feeling better.Thanks for a great reminder.
