Towards the last two minutes of the movie, with your mouth covering his nose, you make more of your heavenly spit/phlegm and spit directly into his nose without moving your mouth away. You continue this without moving your position to the end…

VIDEO RICHIESTO - Lei cammina per la stanza e si siede in grembo al suo schiavo e lo picchia sullo stomaco. Ride e gli dice “Mi sento piena di catarro, schiavo, preparati”.
